Artwalk Bookstore Registration May 2022
REGISTRATION DEADLINE Friday, April 15, 2022 Please note the registration is first come, first serve. Registration will be closed when all spaces are filled. Artists may only register for one month.
Location: The Bookstore on Perron
Exhibition Dates: 02 May 2022 - 28 May 2022
Reception Date: Thursday, May 5, 2022, 6pm - 8:30pm
Set-up: Saturday, April 30 Take-down: Monday, May 30
Expectations:
-Artists will coordinate fair utilization of wall space and the set-up and take-down times on the specified dates.
-Artists are expected to attend the opening reception
-Artists who cannot set up and take down their art on the dates above must ensure someone can do it on their behalf.
-Refreshments will not be served on opening night (pending further notice).
-Artists are responsible for providing their own promotional materials and labelling of art.
-The Bookstore is responsible for selling the art, less 20% commission, and arranging to pay the artist after the show closes.
