Zen of the Pen, Zentangle Advanced

Zentangle is a meditative art form drawing patterns creating beautiful images. Zentangle increases focus, creativity and provides artistic satisfaction along with an increased sense of personal well being. Each pattern has a name and there are simplified ways to draw seemingly complex looking patterns that a Certified Zentangle Teacher understands having learned how to teach the Zentangle Method at the Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) Training Seminar in Providence, Rhode Island, USA. Dolly Bolen became A CZT in June of 2014 and she is one of nine CZTs in Alberta.
Participants will be introduced to using Black Zentangle Tiles, a White Gelly Roll Pen, a White Charcoal Pencil and a Blending Stump learning highlighting and tangle enhancements. Expand your tangle library with bold tangling learning exquisite advanced tangles/patterns and continue your Zentangle practice with this advanced class.
Supplies included: Materials provided, once the class is complete, Five Black Zentangle Tiles, White Gelly Roll Pen, White Charcoal Pencil and Blending Stump are yours to take home.
Participants registering for ‘Zen of the Pen’ workshop must have taken a ‘Beginning Zentangle’ workshop from a Certified Zentangle Teacher to participate. Please bring your ‘Beginning Zentangle’ Mini Kit to this workshop.
